Jurassic World 2 Dinosaur Animatronic Images Make Their Way Online

Late last February, the sequel to Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World officially began production and since then we've been getting snippets of information online, from new set photos to kooky behind-the-scenes videos and a confirmation of Rexy's return.

Now it seems like a few images from the set have made their way online. The images that were taken by a few people passing by the set feature the new different dinosaur animatronic modelsthat are being used in Jurassic World. While most are of the Dilphosaurous (dinosaurs from the original Jurassic Park that long-time fans would probably remember), an image of an Apatosaurus has also made it on the internet. Though it may take a while to spot from outside the window, fans can see the long neck of the dinosaur bending down to the left side next to its legs.

Given that Jurassic World had a number of dinosaurs itself, it's still pretty cool to imagine that there'd be a lot of them in the film's sequel. The images of the dinosaurs plus the news of the original Jurassic Park T-Rex returning to Jurassic World 2 is enough to excite any fan.

Directed by J.A. Bayona, Jurassic World2 is scheduled to see release on June 22, 2018.
