Samuel L. Jackson, the actor who played Mace Windu in the Star Wars prequels, appeared on ABC to talk about his new film Hateful Eight, and he just dropped some serious shade on Star Wars: the Force Awakens.
It sounds like he's being diplomatic, but it's obvious that he didn't like the film at all. He also talked about how George Lucas was nice enough to grant his request to get a purple lightsaber. The lightsaber training comment was harsh. Sorry, Mace. These youngsters didn't train in the Jedi Academy like you.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is now showing in theaters.
