IT: New Pennywise Bill Skarsgard Has A Fun Story About Working With The Kids In The Movie

Tim Curry's Pennywise the Clown has spooked a lot of actual children who grew up in the 90s, and he's ready to scare a whole new generation in the form of Bill Skarsgard. With the IT reboot set to hit theaters this Friday, Skarsgard shares a fun experience he had with a child actor while they were filming the movie.

Check it out:

For those who can't watch the video, Skarsgard's story actually had him shooting one of his scenes for the first time with the kids. At this point, this would be the first time any of the children met Skarsgard, and his first scene had him acting insanely rabid right in front of one of the kids—specifically Jack Grazer who plays Eddie.

Skarsgard was already thinking that he was traumatizing Grazer who was crying and gagging during his bit, but when the cameras stopped rolling and he asked if Grazer was okay, he was met with, "I love what you're doing with the character!"

IT has been getting some stellar reviews as of now, and Skarsgard has been praised for his new take on Pennywise the Clown. Hopefully a lot of audience members agree with the critics when they walk out of the cinema.

IT hits theaters Sept. 8.
