Inhumans Sneak Peek: Watch Medusa's Hair In Action

Though initially planned as a movie, Marvel has now decided to make Inhumans a series, and the show is expected to debut on IMAX this coming September. We've been getting more and more looks at the series recently, and a new clip has been released which has Medusa (Serinda Swan) using her hair against Maximus (Iwan Rheon).

By the looks of it, Iwan Rheon was cast as Maximus for his incredibly despicable role as Ramsay Snow on Game of Thrones, and some of that is coming out in the clip here. It's incredibly sleazy for him to put his hands on Black Bolt's wife (are they already married in the series?) like that, and it's like watching Ramsay torment Sansa all over again—only Sansa has magic tentacle hair.

Even with the IMAX release, a lot of fans have been unimpressed with what they've seen with Inhumans, and a lot of people think that it was a wasted opportunity to have these characters brought to the small screen instead.

Hopefully the series still manages to impress. If Inhumans fails, I have absolutely no idea how Marvel can breathe life back into the characters.

Here's the series synopsis:

After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself.

Inhumans hits IMAX Sept. 1, and the series premieres on ABC Sept. 29.
