It's no secret that Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is going to be a fun film. However, there's one character who clearly takes things a little too seriously. A new clip from the DC Extended Universe flick features Huntress defending her crossbow from her new friends.
The Birds of Preyclip was shared by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who was recently a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Check it out below.
In the clip, Harley Quinn and her new friends appear to have just met and faced off against some villains. Interestingly, Harley immediately invites everyone to hang out with "pizzas and Cosmos (cosmopolitans)" but Black Canary urges her to focus. Dinah Laurel Lance then turns to Huntress and comments on her "bow and arrow shit."
However, Helena Bertinelli isn't having any of that. "It's not a freaking bow and arrow, it's a crossbow. I'm not twelve," she shoots back at Black Canary, who just laughs and says, "I love this chick, she's got rage issues." That only infuriates Huntress even more, claiming she doesn't have rage issues. Harley quickly steps in and offers some surprisingly insightful advice.
It's a hilarious clip that shows off the dynamic between the three characters without giving too much away. Needless to say, we can't wait to see these women in action.
Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) will premiere on February 7.
