Hugh Jackman Goes Berserk as Wolverine and Takes a Selfie With Enthusiastic Fan

While Hugh Jackman has officially left the Wolverine role behind after the astonishing Logan movie but that doesn't mean he isn't willing to reprise it when fans are around. During a performance of The Man, The Music, The Show in Mexico, Jackman briefly became Wolverine again for a fan who wanted to take a selfie with his Marvel persona. Jackman obliged and went all in as the famous X-Men character.

Say what you will about Jackman but the man gives it his all in this brief fan interaction, doing some of the character's iconic yells and poses. Sadly, Jackman didn't fix his hair to look more like Wolverine but that would be asking too much of him. Most of us are just happy that he was willing to act like the character again for a fan, showing how awesome he is.

Jackman has officially retired as Wolverine and he went out on a high note with Logan, which has to be one of the best comic book movies out there. Admittedly, the fact that they got a clone of Wolverine to fight Jackman instead of a villain like Sabretooth was pretty lame but the film was still satisfying to watch.

Fans are going to be interested to see who will be replacing Jackman in the inevitable MCU X-Men reboot. We're all hoping that the actor they choose is a good one and manages to differentiate himself from the foundation Jackman built.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix is now available on Blu-ray and DVD, though fans that want some Hugh Jackman Wolverine can check out his awesome cameo in X-Men: Apocalypse.
