Horizon: Zero Dawn is leaving the PlayStation exclusives club as the rumors of this game coming to PC have proven to be true, despite what a lot of annoying PlayStation fanboys want you to believe. This is actually really good news since the game will now be available to more people who might not own a PlayStation 4. While we're sure some PlayStation fans are sad about the news, making everything available is obviously a good thing.

The PlayStation Blog confirmed with PlayStation Worldwide Studios President Hermen Hulst that the game would be coming to PC. While there is no release date for the PC version yet, the fact that Sony has confirmed that this game is coming to another gaming system is a huge deal. It also helps how this is an amazing open-world game with beautiful graphics and fulfilling gameplay.

"I think it's important that we stay open to new ideas of how to introduce more people to PlayStation, and show people maybe what they've been missing out on. And to maybe put a few minds at ease, releasing one first-party AAA title to PC doesn't necessarily mean that every game now will come to PC. In my mind, Horizon Zero Dawn was just a great fit in this particular instance. We don't have plans for day and date [PC releases], and we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware."

With the record set straight, it seems like PC won't be getting any other PlayStation exclusives anytime soon, though more open-minded fans won't mind if that's the case. The Last of Us would work really well on Xbox One and Marvel's Spider-Man would be absolutely amazing on Nintendo Switch. We aren't sure if we'll see more PS exclusives on other systems but this is a positive first step.
