Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding Has Been Delayed for PC

Death Stranding ended up being one of the oddest games released on the PS4, giving fans a weirdly unique experience that ended up being a chore to play for many. However, those who stuck with it managed to find an engaging experience that details an interesting story about humanity helping each other out. It also accidentally predicted the Coronavirus in some way since the story is about America being in quarantine with only select workers around delivering goods for everyone.

Fans were fairly intrigued when it was revealed that a Death Stranding PC port was in the works and Kojima Productions were hoping to release it on June 2. However, due to needing more development time and the current mandatory work from home conditions, the PC port of this game will now be coming out on July 14.

As far as delays are concerned, this is far from the worst one that has affected video games. Final Fantasy VII Remake was also delayed for a month and fans didn't mind. On the other hand, games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Marvel's Avengers received delays that will last for multiple months. Even The Last of Us Part IIhas been delayed due to the Coronavirus.

Basically, this epidemic sucks and we can't wait for normalcy to return.

Death Stranding is now available on the PS4. Death Stranding PC will be released on July 14.
