Fans were pretty disappointed when they saw the initial lineup of MCU movies in Disney+ since a number of favorites weren't included. While some are more than happy that Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame are there at launch, others are sad that films like Black Panther aren't available right away. Thankfully, the folks at Disney+ seem to have expected this since they did put dates as to when the film will be available, along with some other missing MCU films.
Thanks to ComicBookMovie, we now know when Black Panther, Thor: Ragnarok, Ant-Man and The Wasp, and Avengers: Infinity War will be hitting the streaming service. Most of them will be coming to Disney+ in 2020 with the exception of Thor: Ragnarok, which will be available next month. That should make fans a bit happier.
Without further ado, here are the release dates for these missing MCU movies:
December 5, 2019:Thor: Ragnarok
March 4, 2020:Black Panther
June 25, 2020:Avengers: Infinity War
July 29, 2020:Ant-Man and the Wasp
It's kind of odd how we'll have to wait for Infinity War next year, especially since Endgame is already available in Disney+ but that's just how the licensing game works. At least we're going to get Thor: Ragnarok before Christmas, which is an excellent MCU film and one we'll enjoy in December. Kind of a shame how fans of Black Panther will have to wait even longer but there's nothing we can do about that.
Disney+ is available now, along with a number of MCU movies and The Mandalorian.
