Here's How You Can Learn How To Make Your Own Mini Star Wars BB-8 Droid

One of the biggest surprises from Star Wars Celebration 2015 was when Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy brought out the soccer ball-shaped BB-8 droid on stage and revealed that it's a real-life robot. That's great to know that it's a practical effect; now, thanks to industrial designer Christian Poulsen, you can make your own mini version of this adorable droid. All you need are polyurethane foam surfaced with spackle for the head, and neodymium magnets to connect the two.
