Here's 2017's Best Dragon Ball Cosplay

Seeing cosplayers dress up as Dragon Ball characters is nothing new. Akira Toriyama's anime/manga franchise is considered one of the greatest, and the anime fandom always appreciates it when they see cosplayers dress up as their favorite Dragon Ball heroes and villains. There's one Dragon Ball cosplay that stands out this year, however, and it's from this summer's Comic Market.

A fan cosplayed as Master Roshi at Tokyo's annual anime convention that took place earlier this month, and it's definitely the best Dragon Ball cosplay of 2017. Taichi Shimizu is a body player who attended the event as Master Roshi in his Max Power form. He has the insanely muscular physique to pull off the look. The cosplayer, who's known for portraying Street Fighter'sZangief, can be seen wearing loose blue pants, and on his face, he has glue-on beard and sunglasses to portray Roshi perfectly. Of course, fans at the convention were amazed at how on-point his cosplay was.

Roshi's Max Power transformation is a power-up that dramatically changes his small body into a big frame of muscles.
