What is it with Henry Cavill and Green Lantern? Does he know something that we don't? After he was posting some images on his Instagram in a series called "Kal looking for Hal," the Superman star has made another jab at Green Lantern again.
Here's what he said:
Since I came off the ol knee injury I've been steadily increasing my training work load. I know it's irritating when people say this but it genuinely does feel so good to be back in it. I'm not destroying myself every day. Just working towards improvement by pushing hard enough to elicit change. Nothing funny to post here, it's deadly serious because I've got to make sure that I'm bigger than Green Lantern....Wait whaaat?

Cavill had just off of a knee injury that prevented him from going to the gym and building up more muscle, so it may have led to the actor losing a bit of bulk. It's really odd, though, that he has to talk about Green Lantern in the post.
Rumors of Green Lantern's appearance have already been surrounding the Justice League movie, but they've suggested that the Lantern that will appear will be Abin Sur, and not Hal Jordan. Then again, Abin Sur was the original wielder of Hal's power ring, so it's possible that we would be seeing a pre-Green Lantern Hal appearing in the movie.
Has the role been cast already? Is there an impending Green Lantern reveal coming soon? Hopefully we get an announcement in this year's Comic-Con.
Henry Cavill returns as Superman in Justice League which hits theaters Nov. 17.
