The Han Solo spinoff movie is currently undergoing production, and has a lot of stars attached to the project including Woody Harrelson and Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke. Another HBO regular, Thandie Newton, is also attached to the movie, and though she can't reveal anything too big about the film, she does comment on how much she loves the production.

In an interview with The Wrap, Newton says:

"It's fantastic, I'm loving [it]. It's different from anything else I have done or am doing. … I can't tell you [why]. It's just different, OK? It's just really different."

Newton has actually had a pretty seasoned career, and looking back at everything else that she's done, I'm making a logical guess that she's playing an alien character in the movie.

All of Newton's previous roles have had her looking like herself mostly, and even though she was looking all regal in The Chronicles of Riddick, her face was still visibly seen. My guess is that the movie has Newton has wearing loads of thick make-up as an alien character or maybe she's playing a fully CGI character like Lupita Nyong'o in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Then again, maybe Newton is just commenting on the fact that she's working on a Star Wars movie. Lucasfilm has been pumping out the biggest movies of every year, and I can only imagine how amazed Newton must be to walk around all the costumes and sets. I'd probably have my mouth open the whole time.

Han Solo: A Star Wars Story comes out May 25, 2018.
