The file size of Halo Infinite has apparently leaked online, and it's massive. However, since the game is still months away from release, there's a chance that this might not be official yet
As Wireup Report pointed out, Halo Infinite's download size is apparently in excess of 97GB. Based on the screenshot provided as evidence, it appears that it comes from the game's page of the Microsoft Store within the Xbox dasboard, so if this report is accurate, it makes the upcoming sequel the biggest Halo game ever in terms of file size.
When 2016's Halo 5: Guardians originally launched, it had a download size of 46GB on Xbox One, which increased with each successive update.
If you're planning to download Halo Infinite on Xbox Series X, you may want to free up some space as it would take up about 10% of the console's internal storage. For those on Xbox Series X, Halo Infinite will take roughly 20% of the SSD, so if you're planning to digitally purchase the game when it launches later this year, you may want to give a lot of time to download ahead of launch.

Note that 343 Studios hasn't officially confirmed the install size of Halo Infinite, so we'll have to wait and see if this is legitimate. The full size of the game might entirely be different since there's a chance that players will be able to install only portions of the game they want to play, so they might have the option to download just the multiplayer aspect of the game (which is planned to be released as a standalone game) if they don't have any plans to play the campaign mode.
Halo Infiniterecently had its first technical preview to showcase the game's multiplayer mode, but 343 Studios recently said that it wants to do another technical preview before launch.
Halo Infinite is expected to release in Holiday 2021 for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One consoles, and Windows 10 PCs.
