Get Out Gets A Wacky Fan-Made Comedy Flick Trailer

American actor, comedian and filmmaker Jordan Peele broke out in the Hollywood scene by starring in Comedy Central’s hilarious sketch series Key & Peele. Deciding to move take on bigger things, Peele released his first movie earlier this year – a horror film titled Get Out. Starring Daniel Kaluuya and Allison Williams, the movie received critical and financial success with its thought-provoking themes and social nuances.

While the film has largely been a success, some fans wonder what the movie would have been like if Peele had turned it into a comedy like Key & Peele. Taking time to explore the fun in the movie, YouTube Patrick (H) Williams has just posted a recut comedy trailer of Get Out online.

With the standard comedy narration and its sharp cuts, the trailer reminds viewers of comedy previews from the early 2000’s, twisting the horrific narrative of the movie into something light and pleasing. Everybody loves a little laugh, and this one manages to bring out the giggles of what’s supposed to be a socially relevant horror movie.  Behold the wonders of editing.
