Game Of Thrones 8: Is House Frey Making A Return?

The seventh season of Game of Thrones had Arya Stark murdering every single person in House Frey, but a casting call seems to hint that the family will be making a return in the eighth season.

According to Watchers on the Wall, Daniell Galligan has been cast in GoT 8 as a character named Sarra. In the books, there was already a character named Sarra who was a granddaughter of Walder Frey. Seeing that Arya in most likely to spare women, she could have let the ladies of House Frey live during her sadistic murder-party.

In the books, Walder Frey was notorious for having a huge number of descendants, with the legend going that he could "field an army out of his breeches." It was never outright said in the series, but it has been heavily implied that Frey had a lot of kin. It's possibly Arya may have let some survive.

We don't exactly know what the return of the Frey's could mean, but seeing as their family is known for being cowardly, it's likely that any remaining descendants will pledge their utmost loyalty to whoever has the power, and by the looks of it, it's Dany and Jon.

Then again, this Sarra could be a totally different character, and the possibility of her being a Frey is just one guess.

Game of Thrones 8 is expected to come out in 2019.
