Fortnite: New Rumor Claims Classic Star Wars Skins will be Arriving

Fortnite chief creative officer Donald Mustard released several hints on social media last month about Star Wars content arriving in the game. Those hints seemed to talk about the release of Darth Vader at the start of Chapter 3 Season 3.

However, it looks like there will be a lot more Star Wars skins coming to the game in the near future. Fortnite leaker @ShiinaBR has recently shared a rumor that Han Solo, Leia Organa, and Luke Skywalker will be arriving to the game "later this year or in 2023." As with any other rumor, fans should take this with a grain of salt until Epic Games released an official confirmation.

You can check out the Tweet from @ShiinaBR below.

With how much Star Wars content are being released in Fortnite over the years, it is quite surprising that it took a long time for the big three to arrive in the game. We’ve seen Fortnite skins based on characters like Rey Skywalker, Din Djarin, and Darth Vader, and the game even also featured a major trailer release of The Rise of Skywalker. It’s hard to say how much trust Fortnite fans should put into this new rumor, but it seems like a safe bet that Leia, Han, and Luke will arrive in the game at some point.

After the rumor surfaced, fans were pretty excited about the possibility of this content arriving in the game. A lot of Star Wars fans are already sharing some of the versions of these skins that they’d like to see in the game, including Luke Skywalker’s look from Return of the Jedi, and Han Solo’s look from Solo: A Star Wars Story, and Leia Organa’s Boushh costume. All of the suggestions of the fans look very good, and they could make great additions to Fortnite. For now, fans will just have to wait and see what Epic Games is planning.

Fortnite is available to play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
