Fortnite: New Leak Seemingly Confirms Darth Vader’s Arrival in the Game

A new leak has been associated with Fortnite which may confirm that a Darth Vader skin could soon be coming to the game. Epic Games’ Fortnite has had a lot of cross-over with Star Wars and has also added several skins based on The Mandalorian, Boba Fett, and other characters. Now, it looks as if the most popular Star Wars character of all time could be coming to the game soon.

Recently Epic Games released a new video that shows the ongoing work on Unreal Engine 5. In the video, it gave us a glimpse of some behind-the-scenes footage of not only Unreal Engine 5, but also Fortnite. Fans were quick to notice that some of the footage that was released seemingly teased some future collaborations for the game. When zoomed in on some of the files that were seen on a computer screen in one of the footage, some fans were able to make out what looks to be the word “Vader’ in one of the folders. The folder “Vader” was also labeled as “C3S3” which might indicate that any kind of Darth Vader skin will be coming to Fortnite after Chapter 3 Season 3.

Even though this might seem very legitimate, it is still better to take this whole situation with a grain of salt. Before, Epic Games has trolled fans several times when it comes to “leaks” that indicate a new character’s arrival in the game. And given how this “leak” is too blatant, there’s a good chance that this could just be Epic Games trolling fans.

However, there are a lot of reasons why Darth Vader would make sense to arrive in Fortnite. For one, the character is announced to appear in the upcoming Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi. With this, a collaboration with Fortnite around the same time would be quite logical. Another thing is that Vader is a very popular character, and considering how many other famous characters are in Fortnite, there is a possibility that he will be added to the game.
