The latest Pokemon film will take fans back to the anime's earliest days, and the Japanese show Oha Suta premiered the first trailer for it. The film is called Pokemon - I Choose You and the trailer shows the moment when Ash Ketchum and Pikachu first met. We also see footage when Ash and Pikachu were attacked by a flock of Spearow, but not everything is exactly the same as the original story. In the trailer, we see Ash and Pikachu encounter the legendary bird Ho-oh, and Ash somehow gets one of Ho-oh's feathers.
No release date has been announced for the anime film yet but as part of the anime's 20th anniversary celebration, it will most likely be released in Japanese theaters this Summer. Watch the trailer below:
