First Look at Michael McKean in Neil Gaiman's Good Omens

Neil Gaiman's Good Omens is getting the TV adaptation treatment, and we've been getting slow but steady updates on the show. This just in, we have a new look at Michael McKean's character Witchfinder Sergeant Shadwell.

Check him out:

Good Omens continues to amass an impressive cast. Besides McKean, we have two fantastic leads in the form of Martin Sheen and David Tennant. Not to mention we also have Jon Hamm playing the archangel Gabriel.

McKean has recently been getting a lot of attention for his fantastic portrayal of Chuck McGill in Better Call Saul, but with the recent promos confirming that Chuck indeed dies in the show, it looks like McKean has gotten some free time to work on something like Good Omens.

After a fantastic reception of American Gods, Neil Gaiman is, for the first time, doing some hands on work on a television adaptation of his original book Good Omens. With a fantastic cast and a story from one of the best fantasy authors around, Good Omens is sure gearing up to be quite the hit.

No specific release date has been set for Good Omens, but it is expected to premiere on Amazon sometime later this year.
