At long last, there are finally some details on the hugely-anticipated open-world Star Wars game, which doesn't even have a title yet! Nothing has been revealed since Ubisoft announced The Star Wars Project back in January, but now, according to a recent Ubisoft job listing, the Star Wars game will feature terrain and aerial vehicles both classic and original. GameRant recently reported that Ubisoft Bucharest shared a job listing for a Senior Vehicle Artist, which was advertised on the company's official website.

The listing states the following: "Both and authentic and fictional vehicles". While of course this isn't that much to go on, seeing as it's been almost a full year since the game was announced, anything really is better than nothing. Not only that, but it's proof that the game is in active development, which is music to our ears!

Fans have been salivating for an open-world Star Wars game for years, and now, their prayers are being answered. But the real question is, when will it happen? While other open-world Ubisoft project Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is scheduled for some time in 2022, as is Portkey's open-world Harry Potter game Hogwarts Legacy, there's no word on The Star Wars Project.

But what we can expect are features that really go without saying. The game has already been confirmed as open-world, and while the inclusion of vehicles was obvious, many other things are just as inevitable, from being able to explore vast worlds (although no specific planets have been revealed yet), and traveling between them in said vehicles.

The only other information has been confirmed on the official Ubisoft page, where the following is stated: A NEW STAR WARS ADVENTURE - Ubisoft has announced it is collaborating with Disney and Lucasfilm Games on a new story-driven open-world video game set in the Star Wars galaxy. This confirms that the game will also have a story mode, which is pretty exciting to hear.

The website page also includes the following information: Headed by Massive Entertainment, the project gathers some of the most experienced talents in the video games industry and will make the most of Massive’s innovative spirit and cutting-edge technologies, including the Snowdrop engine, to deliver a groundbreaking Star Wars adventure
