Of all the Earth One graphic novels DC has put out, Batman: Earth One by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank seems to be everyone's favorite. Already spanning two volumes, fans loved how Johns and Frank were able to make Batman's world a bit more realistic while making the character more relatable. This is why those fans will be even happier to know that Batman: Earth One Vol. 3 is coming, just not anytime soon.

Gary Frank recently shared some art from the upcoming graphic novel on Twitter. It's only a brief look but one that should give fans something to look forward to. However, with the duo still working on Doomsday Clock, we shouldn't expect to see the third volume anytime soon.

Batman: Earth One was notable for a number of reasons, giving fans a more hardened Alfred who was more like an advisor to Bruce Wayne than a butler. It also gave us a Batman mask that showed his eyes, which let fans see how he would feel about certain situations. With the art given, it looks like this mask will be kept.

Thankfully, there are more Earth One graphic novels coming. Aquaman: Earth One, Green Lantern: Earth One, and Wonder Woman: Earth One Vol. 2 have all been announced. Both Green Lantern: Earth One and Wonder Woman: Earth One Vol. 2 will be coming out this year.

Batman: Earth One Vol. 3 has no release date. The first two volumes are available now in hardcover, softcover, and digital editions.
