The Ixalan set won't be released until September. We just saw the first concept art and details yesterday, but it looks like we already have our first glimpse of the Magic: The Gathering cards that will be in the Meso-American-inspired set. A photo of what appears to be an uncut sheet of foil cards from Ixalan has hit online, and they look legit. Foil cards are harder to fake and the cards align with the pirate and dinosaur themes of the set. Check it out:
We get a clear look at Sorcerous Spyglass, Captain Lannery Storm, Sunpetal Grove, Vanquisher's Banner, Daring Saboteur, and Arcane Adaptation. It's nice to see that there will be treasure tokens in this set.
Synopsis:
For centuries, the untamed jungles of Ixalan have hidden a coveted secret: Orazca, the city of gold. But no secret can remain undiscovered, and no treasure can be taken uncontested. Unfurl your sails, saddle up a dinosaur, and battle your rivals as you embark on a journey to claim the plane's greatest fortune for yourself!
