Lucasfilm may have dropped a new behind-the-scenes reel for Star Wars: The Last Jedi at Disney's D23 Expo last weekend, but it seems like Star Wars fans still have a lot of questions regarding the sequel trilogy installment with the studio keeping a lot of information close to its chest.
It doesn't help that the studio isn't having a panel for Star Wars and The Last Jedi at this year's San Diego Comic Con.
Now, to appease a community hungry for more details on The Force Awakens sequel, Lucasfilm has decided to release a new image bringing together Daisy Ridley's Rey, John Boyega's Finn and Star Wars newcomer Kelly Marie Tran's Rose.
Check out the new photo down here:
It's a pretty high resolution image that gives fans a closer look at Rey's new garb and Rose's suit, but the promo image barely tells fans anything about The Last Jedi and whether the Force-sensitive Jaku orphan might meet up with Finn and Rose at any point in the movie. Rey will be busy training with Mark Hamill's jaded Luke Skywalker on Ahch-To, and while there have been numerous rumors of an encounter with Adam Driver's Kylo Ren and his Knights of Ren, there hasn't been any word on whether Rey will meet up with Finn again, nor has there been word of an introduction to Rose. If they do, then it's likely that the three get to meet and fight together on the dusty red planet of Crait – after all the Resistance needs all the help it can get.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres on December 15, 2017.
