Final Fantasy VII Remake New Game Plus Gives Fans a Meatier Challenge and More

Final Fantasy VII Remake has officially been reviewed by a number of critics and it looks like this is going to be a very good game for everyone, whether you're an old fan or are a newbie jumping into this world for the first time. While the game isn't a "complete" remake, in that a number of follow-ups have already been confirmed by Square Enix, the fact that they made the first few hours of the classic PlayStation game a full-blown 40 hours with plenty of new material should be commended.

Well, fans will be pleased to hear that there is a Final Fantasy VII Remake New Game Plus so if you're one of those people who love replaying their favorite games and like feeling overpowered while doing so, this is for you. PlayStation Lifestyle confirmed that the New Game Plus in this sexy remake also has a Hard Mode for the game that makes everything harder and not letting players heal during battles.

Players will also be able to choose which chapter to start in so if you missed a particular side quest while making your way through the story, here's your chance to make things right. You can replay any of the chapters in whatever difficulty you like so if you thought some of the boss fights could be more challenging, go to Hard Mode and relish in these types of battles.

Though the game is already available in Australia and Europe, Final Fantasy VII Remake will officially release worldwide on April 10. The game might also come out on Xbox One and PC next year when the PS4 exclusivity deal runs out.
