Fantastic Four's Michael B. Jordan Confirms Black Panther Involvement

Just as Chris Evans transitioned from one Marvel character to another, Fantastic Four star Michael B. Jordan has joined the cast of Black Panther. Following reports that Jordan will play the villain in the MCU film, the actor has confirmed his involvement in Black Panther.

"I'm super excited, especially to put a different spin on it," Jordan told The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm looking forward to working with [director] Ryan [Coogler] once again. It's gonna be a good time."

Jordan, who previously worked with directo Ryan Coogler on last year's acclaimed film Creed, also said that he's excited to work with "Lupita Nyong'o and Chadwick Boseman," also confirming the rumor that Nyong'o will play T'Challa's love interest.

After Josh Trank's Fantastic Four disaster, it's cool that Jordan is now a part of the MCU. It would be interesting to see him as a villain.

Black Panther is scheduled to hit theaters on February 16, 2018, and promises to be the Coogler's "most personal" film yet.
