When Alan Rickman passed away last month, many of us took took the time to reflect at his most iconic roles. Sure, everyone knows him as Die Hard's Hans Gruber or Severus Snape from the Harry Potter films, but his role as Alexander Dane/Dr. Lazarus was also unforgettable.
The film ends with the show within the movie, Galaxy Quest, being picked up for continuing adventures starring the original cast (along with some new recruits), but the team from io9 interpreted it differently, and they released a video to explain it. You can watch it here:
