E3 2016: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Will Be The Same on Wii U and NX

At Nintendo's E3 2016 press conference, a new trailer forThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild stunned fans with new gameplay footage of its open-world elements, but Nintendo didn't reference the Nintendo NX version of the game, which the company announced back in April, but during an interview with Gamespot, series producer Eiji Aonuma discussed the differences between both versions.

When asked if both versions would deviate when it comes to content and graphics, Aonuma said that the game is the same on both platforms:"The users will be able to have the same experience with the NX version as they will with the Wii U version," he said, suggesting that both versions will be the same in terms of graphics and gameplay. This seems to follow how Twilight Princess, for Wii version was mirrored from the GameCube release to make the controls more compatible.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be released sometime in 2017 for Wii U and NX.
