E3 2016: New Spider-Man Game From The Ratchet & Clank Developers Revealed

Insomniac Games has announced that it's developing a new Spider-Man game. During Sony's Playstation press conference at E3, a trailer was shown, and it's narrated by a young kid from Queens, who is revealed to be Marvel's Peter Parker.

"Marvel and Insomniac Games team up to create a brand-new, authentic Spider-Man story exclusively for PlayStation 4," Insomniac said "Take control of an experienced Peter Parker who is more masterful at fighting crime."

The trailer shows Spider-Man leaping around a cafe, before smashing through a window and landing on moving vehicles. He is seen fighting an armed thug, using his webbing to restrain him to a passing lamp post. Then we later see him leaping a building that looks to be collapsing, and also hanging onto the side of a moving train.

This is a great way to hype the character up before next year's Spider-Man: Homecoming, which is set to release in theaters on July 7, 2017. No release date has been announced for the Playstation 4 game yet.
