As the leaked major spoilers revealed, Cell Max is Red Ribbon Army's top secret project, and he's a gigantic and powerful version of the classic Dragon Ball Z villain. Of course, the Z-Fighters struggle to face the overpowered villain, and even Piccolo's new transformation is not strong enough to stop him, so Goku unleashes his most powerful form yet to give him a fighting chance.
