During the preview at the end of Dragon Ball Super episode 113, fans caught a glimpse of Goku's fight with Kale and Caulifa. What really caught the interest of viewers was the fact that Kale and Caulifla seemingly fused during the preview, with the ending revealing a brief glimpse of their fusion form. Their fusion form was initially teased by one of the show's writers and it looks like it's coming to fruition.
Fans initially thought it was just Kale since the form matches her physical shape, but the face we see is obviously Caulifla's. The writer that teased the fusion said the form could be called Kefla, though that could always change. For the moment, it looks like Kefla will give Goku a run for his money and he might have to work with Vegeta and become Vegito to take them on.
Interestingly enough, while the fusion shown in the preview looks like a variation of the dance Goten and Trunks used to become Gotenks, the final form ends up wearing a Potara Earring. Goku and Vegeta need two Potara Earrings to fuse and become Vegito, a name that only makes sense in Japan since it's supposed to be a mix of Vegeta and Kakaroto. We did see Vegito during the Goku Black arc, so he could resurface here.
