Doctor Strange Olympics Trailer Shows Kaecilius & More Reality Bending

One of the new trailers shown at the Olympics was Doctor Strange. And while Marvel Studios has already released a TV spot just days before, this version shows a longer cut of the world of Doctor Strange.

The highlight of the trailer is still to confuse and confound Stephen Strange with visions and capabilities in the magical realm. A lot of the scenes were already showcased in the teaser clip.

But here, we see more of the characters, including Mads Mikkelsen’s villain Kaecilius giving his version of trash talk against what I can only assume to be Doctor Strange.

“I am death and pain. You’ll die protecting this world.”

You can also see a shot of Rachel McAdams, who is set to play a role of a surgeon in the movie. Previous reports have confirmed that McAdams role will be a pivotal, if only because it is the role that will connect Doctor Strange with his humanity.

Considering the many realities that Doctor Strange may encounter, that’s probably a must-have for the ex-neurosurgeon.

Synopsis:
When famous neurosurgeon Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) suffers career-ending injuries in a devastating car crash, he seeks help in the furthest reaches of the world! Hoping to find cures for his injuries, Strange instead uncovers the hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions.

Doctor Strange will arrive in theaters on Nov. 4 as the last superhero movie of the year.
