After all, he had never known any kind of care and concern from others since he was a child. Now, Denji yearns for someone to love!

Does Denji End Up With Himeno?
No, Denji did not end up with Himeno in Chainsaw Man. From the beginning, Himeno has her sights set on Aki. She even offered to become friends with Denji in order to help progress each other's love lives.
Denji and Himeno first encounter each other during the Tokyo Special Division 4's mission to assassinate the Eternity Devil.
She even offered to give him a French kiss as a reward if he defeated the Eternity Devil.
After they successfully annihilated the devil, the group decided to celebrate in a pub to get to know each other better.
However, as time passed in the pub, Himeno became extremely intoxicated.
All of a sudden, a drunk Himeno transformed into a kissing machine, and without further ado, Himeno stole Denji's first kiss.
Unfortunately, Denji's first kiss ended tragically when Himeno vomited in the midst of their moment.
What's more, Denji's heated exchange with Himeno did not end there. She tried to entice Denji to have sex at her house.
Don't worry, they didn't do it because the lollipop Makima gave Denji fell and destroyed their intimate moment.
Does Denji End Up With Reze?
No, Denji did not end up with Reze in Chainsaw Man. But still, Denji liked her so much that he was willing to run away with her and forget everything.
Reze and Denji first met in a tight phone booth. Reze barged into Denji's personal space because it was raining.
Denji performed a magic trick for Reze, and soon after, the latter invited him to the café where she works.
At the time, Denji accepted Reze's offer because she was a beautiful woman and he had nothing better to do.
Since then, Denji has been hanging out with Reze at the café. They were so at ease that they even shared personal information about each other.
In reality, Reze has other intentions for Denji. She lured him into her trap to murder him.
As it turns out, Reze is the Bomb Devil hybrid who wants Denji's heart removed from his body.
Sadly, Reze was killed by Makima, which ended Denji and Reze's future as a runaway couple.

Does Denji End Up With Kobeni?
Denji did not end up with Kobeni after everything that happened in Chainsaw Man Part 1.
They are both members of the Tokyo Special Division 4 team tasked with eliminating the Eternity Devil.
Initially, Kobeni wanted to kill Denji in order to escape from the Eternity Devil's devious trap.
Afterward, Kobeni felt terrible about her actions toward Denji. This motivated her to return the favor to Denji and help him to the best of her ability.
As one dangerous thing led to another, Kobeni resigned from her position as a public safety devil hunter.
Unfortunately for Kobeni, she became entangled in the Chainsaw Devil's onslaught.
The Chainsaw Devil eventually forced her to accompany him as his temporary girlfriend. She even danced while the Chainsaw Devil watched her in agony.
When Denji reverted back to his human form, they both expressed their concerns to one another while Kishibe listened in the background.
Does Denji End Up With Power?
No, Denji did not end up with Power in Chainsaw Man. On the other hand, they become one after Power offered Denji her blood to defeat Makima.
Power and Denji are partners-in-crime. She initially betrayed Denji by setting him up as a human sacrifice for the Bat Devil in order to reclaim her pet cat.
Because of their similar personalities, Power and Denji grew accustomed to each other over time.
They even considered each other best friends who always had each other's backs.
In fact, their friendship was so strong that Makima saw them as a family, along with Aki. She especially saw Power as Denji's unruly younger sister.
After the Darkness Devil arc, they got even closer. Denji even turned down Makima's offer to accompany her on vacation to care for the traumatized Power.
Denji bathed, fed, and slept beside Power to the best of his ability to comfort her.
As of writing, Power's future is uncertain. Will she come back in Chainsaw Man, or is she gone for good?
Does Denji End Up With Makima?
In Chainsaw Man, Denji did not end up with Makima. Despite Denji's feelings for Makima, he killed the girl he loved the most in order to carry her burden and save humanity.
Even though Denji killed Makima, he still likes her after everything she has done against him.
Makima was the first person to notice Denji's miserable plight. She was even Denji's first skinship!
But most importantly, Makima gave everything to Denji, including a job, food, and even a family.
All of this, however, was part of her devious plan to entice Chainsaw Man. After all, Makima is Chainsaw Man's self-proclaimed number-one fan.
Unfortunately, Makima only sees Chainsaw Man and not the real person behind the hybrid devil.
Does Denji End Up With Asa Mitaka?
So far, Denji and Asa are still dating after loathing each other for a long time.
If things settle between them, they have a huge chance to be together by the end of the series, even though we know that things will not become easier for them due to Nayuta's existence, as do the other devils who are after Denji.
Asa isn't Denji's type of woman, but as a ladies' man, he can't help but think of her as a potential partner. Because of her stubbornness, Asa even reminds Denji of Power.
But we all know what Asa (or Yoru) genuinely desires from Denji: she wishes to transform Denji into a human weapon!
But for now, let's enjoy the moment in Chainsaw Man Part 2 where Denji and Asa team up to eliminate the Falling Devil!
So, Who Does Denji End Up With in Chainsaw Man?
Denji did not end up with anyone in Chainsaw Man as of writing. While there were many potential love interests, Denji did not have a happy ending with any of them.
The good news is that Denji's future is still open. After all, the manga is still in progress.
Perhaps Denji will have the opportunity to live and die peacefully in the arms of a beautiful woman in the future.
