Disney Releases New Images From Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Warning: This article contains spoilers for Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Star Wars: The Last Jedi's safely on to its fourth week in cinemas, and it seems like Lucasfilm's started releasing new photos from the sequel trilogy installment.

Disney's just posted up a few high-resolution screenshots from The Last Jedi on it's For Your Consideration Awards page for the sequel trilogy installment, and while some of the photos have been used in the film's marketing campaign before, some seem to be newly-released. Not only do we get to see a clear image of Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) bending before Snoke (Andy Serkis) in the Supreme Leader's throne room, we also get to see a beautiful picture of General Organa (Carrie Fisher) in deep thought.

The Last Jedi might not have written Fisher off, however, it did a lot to pay tribute to the Star Wars legend who passed away in December 2016.

The Mickey Mouse House's photos also include an image of that epic fight sequence in Snoke's throne room where Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Ren fight back to back as they face down the wrath of the Supreme Leader's Praetorian Guards.

The Last Jedi might have been one of Disney's most divisive Star Wars film, however, it's hard to deny the fact that the sequel trilogy installment's filled with stunning sequences as well as interesting ships, creatures, and planets.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is currently screening in cinemas.
