2017 saw Pixar hits box office gold yet again with the release of Coco and this year will see the follow-up to one of their most beloved movies, The Incredibles. With the New Year comes this literal toast to 2018.
Check it out:
Though some are calling the piece a motion poster, the only real video quality of the material is that it has sounds. I found myself staring at the poster for a few minutes just finding out if anything was moving.
Personally, I prefer it if Pixar keep to the original movies they're pumping out as compared to the sequels. Before Coco, we were looking at sequels to movies like Cars and Finding Nemo. Though I do like the Incredibles, I'm not so keen in supporting Pixar when it comes to trying to build more franchises out of beloved properties.
Then again, maybe I just need to see a proper trailer for Incredibles 2 before I get onboard the hype train.
The Incredibles 2 is set to come out June 15.
