Disney Messed Up The Name of Star Wars Actor Mark Hamill

Mark Hamill played one of the most iconic roles in film history, so obviously, Star Wars fans would never forget his name; heck, even non-Star Wars fans know the legendary actor who returns as Luke Skywalker in The Force Awakens. But sometimes, even famous actors get their names wronged by big companies like Disney.

"How famous am I?" Hamill wrote with his Instagram post of a visitor name tag. As you can see in photo below, the security pass he received spelled his name wrong, with his surname written as "Hamilton". The Walt Disney London Office made the error. Was this meant to be an April Fool's joke or did the person they hired to write visitor tags been hiding underground for decades?

"That's MISTER Hamilton to you! #AndYouAre?" he wrote.

Hamill is currently filming in London for Star Wars: Episode VIII, which is set to release in theaters on Dec. 15, 2017.
