Did The New Dragon Ball Super Outro Just Confirm Vegeta's Ultra Instinct Form?

When Dragon Ball Super returned from its holiday hiatus last weekend, it featured a new outro that featured the key characters of the show's Universal Survival arc. Fans were quick to point out what Vegeta's new form might look like in the preview for next week's episode, but Redditor KryptonianJesus pointed out a more interesting detail seen in the new outro.

The final shot in the outro shows Goku and Vegeta standing together while other characters fill the background. In this shot, Vegeta looks noticeably different compared to his Super Saiyan Blue form. While many speculated this to be Vegeta's mastery of the Super Saiyan Blue form, KryptonianJesus points out the aura similar to Goku in Ultra Instinct form. This looks entirely different from the blue flame-like aura we've seen in the preview for the next episode. Check it out:

The Redditor speculates that Vegeta we see in the outro is a look at his Ultra Instinct form but the design shown was recolored to avoid spoilers. This would make sense but I doubt that they will show it in episode 123.
