In the latest episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, we witness yet another series of epic battles between the Demon Slayers and the Upper Rank siblings, Daki and Gyutaro. However, the fight will not be an easy one, especially after Daki and Gyutaro sync up.

+ 4Tanjiro places Nezuko back inside her box. The fight between Tengen, Gyutaro, and Daki continues. Gyutaro comments on how there's something different about Tengen, considering he hasn't died from his poison yet. When Tengen reveals that he's a shinobi, Gyutaro and Daki don't believe him since they think the shinobi were wiped out during the Edo Period. A flashback shows a glimpse into Tengen's past — he once had nine brothers and sisters, but seven of them passed away when he was a teenager. Only Tengen and his brother remain, and they were brutally trained by their father. He ended up choosing a different path in life since he didn't want to end up like his father and brother.
Eventually, Tengen ends up slowly getting affected by Gyutaro's poison. Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu proceed to join the battle. The four split up — Inosuke and Zenitsu take care of Daki while Tanjiro and Tengen fight Gyutaro. However, Daki and Gyutaro level up their abilities, making it more difficult for the Demon Slayers to fight back. While Makio and Suma are helping with the district's evacuation, Hinatsuru makes her way to the battle. She joins the fight and shoots numerous kunai laced with poison, allowing Tengen to chop off his legs. On the other hand, Tanjiro gets to make a move with his sword.
