Deadpool's T.J. Miller Will Not Be In Silicon Valley Season 5

T.J. Miller is an actor you've probably encountered at one point or another, him doing work for big movies like How to Train Your Dragon, Big Hero Six,Transformers: Age of Extinction, and Deadpool. Miller also plays the hilarious Erlich Bachman in HBO's Silicon Valley, but because of his rising celebrity, Miller will have to be absent from the show's fifth season.

In a statement from HBO (via Variety), they write:

"The producers of Silicon Valley and T.J. Miller have mutually agreed that T.J. will not return for season 5. In Erlich Bachman, T.J. has brought to life an unforgettable character, and while his presence on the show will be missed, we appreciate his contribution and look forward to future collaborations."

As of now, Miller is on board to star in Steven Spielberg's adventure movie, Ready Player One, and he'll be playing a video game warrior called i-R0k who is apparently inspired by Boba Fett. Miller is also voicing the lead for The Emoji Movie, and he'll be returning as Tuffnut for How to Train Your Dragon 3. Not to mention, he's also returning as Weasel in Deadpool 2.

Miller's absence in Silicon Valley will surely leave a big hole in the show since his character Erlich is not just hilarious, but an integral part of the Pied Piper team. Though Erlich may be sort of an idiot, he is considered to be the best showman in the group, and he's the best at making everyone's projects look like gold to the higher-ups.

Erlich Bachman, you will be missed.

Silicon Valley season 4 is currently airing on HBO.
