Deadpool 2: Josh Brolin Shares A Picture Of Cable With Slash

A lot of fans who follow Brolin online will know that he loves to post about his work, and his current job has him playing Cable in the highly-anticipated Deadpool 2. Brolin has just shared a new image of himself on set, and it looks like Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has taken the time to go to Vancouver and drop by the production.

Check it out:

Other than how stoked I am that I was born with the absolute largest skull in the Western Hemisphere, next comes the excitement that comes with the uber-talented, scruff meister Slash (and his lovely Meegan) visiting El Sarcastic and I on the set of Deadreservoir. #deadpool #slashisthefuckingman #oldschoolismyschool #ryanreynoldssneezedinhismasktodaywhichevenhethoughtwasdisgusting

The El Sarcastic Brolin is talking about could probably be Ryan Reynolds who is just as fun off camera as he is on it; but we don't see him at all in the picture. Slash's appearance on the set could mean something or nothing—in a sense that he could simply be just visiting, or maybe he's making a cameo in this movie. We'll just have to wait for the release to find out.

One of the biggest teasers we've had for the Deadpool sequel was the appearance of fan-favorite Cable, and it looks like Brolin is doing a good job with making Nathan Summers look like a badass. We've had some official photos of him in his full get-up, but fans are just waiting to see him in full action when we get a first trailer for Deadpool 2—whenever that happens.

Deadpool 2 is set for a release on June 1, 2018.
