Iron Man and Star-Lord are arguably the most popular characters currently inhabiting the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Both characters manage to be charming, funny and relatable, despite the former being a playboy millionaire with a suit of armor, and the latter being part Celestial. The two will likely meet in Avengers: Infinity War, and if their co-star's comments are anything to go by, it's going to be a blast to watch.

During an interview with Yahoo Movies, Dave "Drax The Destroyer" Bautista claims that Robert Downey Jr and Chris Pratt were able to improvise a number of lines for the film. The former WWE Champion described it as a "spontaneous combustion," and said he wasn't sure how many of these interactions would be in the finished product. It's a statement that speaks volumes and should be fun to see onscreen.

His exact words were:

"When you put those two guys in a room together, it's like a spontaneous combustion. Talk about two talented guys who are so witty and smart and honed-in on their craft."

Bautista also said there were some fun interactions between himself and Downey Jr, which could be must-watch material. Fans that saw Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 were able to see how funny Bautista can be when interacting with certain characters, so this should be fun. Considering the amount of characters appearing in Infinity War, fans can only hope that they all get a good amount of screen time.

Avengers: Infinity War will hit theaters on May 4 2018, featuring characters from The Avengers, Guardians of The Galaxy, and so much more. Iron Man and Star-Lord better have more than jokes in their arsenal, if they want to take on Thanos and his army.
