Somebody call Kenny Loggins because we're about to enter the … danger zone! Coinciding with the debut of Archer: Dreamland, the developers of Rock Band 4 are giving out a free update for the game that lets players use the world's greatest secret agent: Sterling Archer.
Other than the Archer update, a new downloadable song will be available for the game, and that's Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone" from Top Gun. It's the perfect song to come along with the release of Archer since "Danger Zone" has become his signature catchphrase on the FX show — that and/or "phrasing."
Though Archer may come free with the update, players will have to pay $1.99 for "Danger Zone." Either way, I sure am excited for Archer: Dreamland to come out. I just started watching the show this month and I just breezed through five seasons. It is hilarious.
The Archer update is now available for Rock Band 4 on PS4 and Xbox One, and Archer: Dreamland debuts on FXX on April 5.
