this week, and a lot of fans care about what filmmakers think of each other's films.

Guardians of the Galaxy

director James Gunn recently shared his spoiler-free initial reaction to the epic culmination of the MCU.

During an interview with

E! News,

Chris Pratt shared a conversation he had with Gunn after he watched the Russo Brothers' film because he wanted to know his opinion on it. After all, all the current members of the Guardians of the Galaxy are in it. Here's what he said:

"I trust him. He's got great taste and he's really difficult. He's not like complicated as a person but he's difficult to please as an artist. And he watched this movie and he was blown away. And he was, like, thinking about it for days. He texted me immediately and was like, 'Oh my god, dude, I'm so happy with the movie; I'm so proud of it.' So, I feel like the pressure's off."

James Gunn has a great taste for films, and I definitely agree with him about the film. Gunn is currently working on

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

and I'm excited to see how he'll develop its story after the events of

Infinity War

.
