Check Out Thor’s New Weapon In Avengers: Infinity War Merchandise Photo

It looks like Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) going to use the Ultimate Mjolnir when he fights alongside the rest of the Avengers in Avengers: Infinity War.

Marvel might not have given fans any idea what kind of weapon Thor might be bringing in the Earth's Mightiest Heroes' fight against the Mad Titan Thanos after losing Mjolnir, but it seems like a new photo of an Infinity War gives everyone their first look at Thor's new battle partner.

The photo comes from a tie-in merchandise of Infinity War. Though fans were expecting to see the Asgardian God of Thunder wield Jarnbjorn in Avengers 3, it seems like Thor's holding the Ultimate version of Mjolnir which is half a hammer, and half an ax. Thor really has an affinity for hammer-like weapons.

Of course, the toy could be wrong and Thor could bring in a totally different weapon when he heads off to war with the rest of the Avengers. Thor might even brig Stormbreaker, who knows. What's clear though is that the Asgardian God of Thunder really does try and create a new weapon for Infinity War with the help of Rocket Racoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel).

Avengers: Infinity War premieres on May 3, 2018.
