"Captain America's" Reaction To Watching 'Civil War' For The First Time

After every movie’s release, studios usually watch out for the public’s opinions and reactions in order to gauge the success of the movie. Rarely are the voices of the film’s cast heard.

Well, Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have taken it upon themselves to share to the public Chris Evans’ reaction after seeing their upcoming film, Captain America: Civil War. They went live today on Facebook to share the “Captain America’s” opinion. Apparently, all “the 34-year-old star” could say was that he liked the parts with Paul Rudd in it.

Suspiciously though, “Evans’” voice sound like Rudd, not to mention he’s playing with Captain America roleplay toys while in a Captain America mask.

We all know it’s Paul Rudd, but it’s nice to see the Russo Brothers posting these fun videos once and a while, a not so serious alternative to the seemingly emotional and dramatic Civil War promos and trailers we’ve seen so far.

On Wednesday, the duo also went live on Facebook to tease a quick scene from the movie where the Avengers are getting lectured.

Captain America: Civil War Synopsis:

Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.
