Cabal Therapist is one of the two Modern Horizons cards Wizards of the Coast revealed so far. The straight-to-Modern Magic: The Gathering set promises a lot of exciting new cards that will be legal in the Modern format and this new card is just one of the few rares that will be featured in the upcoming innovative product.
The black creature card illustrated by Mitchell Malloy looks horrific and now, YouTuber Mythic Tales has animated the card's nightmarish art to show us the true terror of the Cabal Therapist. Watch the animation below:
You can almost feel the agony of the tortured spirits around Cabal Therapist but it's not just the animation of this video that gives us the chills. You can hear the horror and their suffering as the Cabal Therapist tortures their souls.
Modern Horizons will be released on June 14. Prerelease events will take place on June 8 and 9. The prerelease events will be Draft, not Sealed. Previews will begin at the end of May.
