Bungo Stray Dogs x Identity V Crossover Announced


Fans have been waiting for an update on the Bungo Stray Dogs anime for some time now and it looks like we just got some unexpected yet welcome news! The popular mobile game Identity V has just announced a major collaboration with the franchise that could bring the characters from Kafka Asagiri's creation into the game!

The official Identity V English Twitter account dropped an interesting image teasing the upcoming collaboration. Although it doesn't show much, it certainly has fans hyped up over new Bungo Stray Dogs content after a long time.

This isn't the first time Bungo Stray Dogs got a mobile game. Back in 2017, Bungo Stray Dogs Mayoi Inu Kaikitan was launched in Japan before getting a US release the following year.

Bungo Stray Dogs is based on the manga written by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawa. It follows Atsushi Nakajima, an orphan who saves the detective Osamu Dazai from another attempted suicide. In return, Dazai enlists Atsushi's help to track down a rogue tiger who is closer to Atsushi than he expects. From there, Atsushi ends up joining Dazai as a member of the Armed Detective Agency.

Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 has not yet been given an official release date. The collaboration between Identity V and Bungo Stray Dogs has not been given a release date.
