Brie Larson Confirmed To Play Captain Marvel in MCU's First Female-Led Film

Oscar winner Brie Larson went on stage at Comic-Con's Hall H to confirm that she will be play playing Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel, Marvel Studios' first female-led superhero film.

Last month, we reported that she was in talks for the role, and now, it's finally confirmed today. They haven't announced other cast members and the director yet. They'll probably reveal more details at next year's Comic-Con, but you can check out the new logo below:
