Taking to Twitter, Marvel just recently released a teaser video showcasing some of Black Widow's coolest moments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing them alongside that heartbreaking scene in Endgame where Natasha and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) head over to Vormir for the Soul Stone.

There's been a lot of excitement building up over Black Widow, especially after Natasha's heartbreaking decision to sacrifice herself on Vormir in Endgame.

Speaking in an interview with ComicBook.com during the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con International last weekend, Black Widow star David Harbour says that fans are going to learn about the reason why Natasha decides to jump off the edge in Vormir after seeing her standalone film.

"It's great because you get to go back a little bit in time with [Black Widow]," Harbour told the publication. "You get to really explore these events and that was one of the things that was very interesting to me in the movie because you know the events of Endgame and so you get to explore how she got there, how she got there to make that choice, I think, so I think that's part of the interesting thing of her narrative is we get to go back and explore this period of time between Civil War and the events of that particular arc and delve into her."

Black Widow is just one of the many films that Marvel has prepared for fans in its new Phase 4 slate, and it's going to be the first film to kick off the new phase of the MCU.

Black Widow premieres May 1, 2020.
