It looks like no character is being left behind for next year's Avengers: Infinity War. Aside from characters in The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, a number supporting cast members from various MCU films will also make appearances. Thanks to Twitter, we now know that Shuri from Black Panther will be in the film, along with Okoye.

Letitia Wright, the actress who will be portraying Shuri in both films, confirmed the news on Twitter, which was originally Tweeted by IMDB. Wright said she is "super excited" about her role, and it will be interesting to see what she does in the action-packed film. She and Okoye, played by Danai Gurira AKA Michonne from The Walking Dead, will probably get in on the action with Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther.

Shuri is one of T'challa's closest allies and even took the Black Panther mantel from him at one point. While she gave it back to the King of Wakanda, she is still a vital part of his supporting cast and is one of the fictional nation's best fighters. Here is hoping she plays a vital role in Black Panther, and gets to kick a lot of alien butt in Infinity War.

Avengers: Infinity War is slated for a May 4, 2018 release date. Black Panther will come out to theaters on February 16, 2018.
